John Poole is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in the Idaho real estate market. Based in Boise, John began his career after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Montana and obtaining his Idaho real estate license in 1992.
John’s expertise spans across various facets of the industry, starting with an 8 - year tenure at Pioneer Title Company as a Title Plant Manager and Senior Title Officer. There, he developed a deep understanding of title management and property transactions, skills that continue to set him apart in the competitive real estate market.
In 2000, John transitioned to residential sales, joining Group One Real Estate as a Sales Associate. For over a decade, he helped clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes, establishing a reputation for his client - centered approach and strong negotiation skills.
In 2012, John joined Atova Real Estate, where he has since advanced to the role of Associate Broker. At Atova, John combines his extensive market knowledge, title expertise, and marketing acumen to deliver exceptional results for buyers and sellers alike.
